Order Cancellation

- A restocking fee of 10% USD applies to all approved cancellations to cover processing and administrative costs.

While we strive to accommodate all cancellation requests, we do not guarantee cancellations once an order is submitted. We reserve the right to begin processing immediately based on volume and operational flow.

After the 24-hour window, cancellations will no longer be accepted under any circumstance.
Order Modifications

Modifications (e.g., size, shipping address, item changes) must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement.

Modifications are not guaranteed, especially if processing has already started.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be issued only under the following conditions:

You did not receive your order (verified through tracking and carrier investigation)

You received a defective, damaged, or materially incorrect product, and reported it within 2 days of delivery
Refund requests that fall outside of these conditions are not eligible for review.
No Refunds After Shipping
Once an order has been shipped or transferred to the delivery carrier, it is considered final.
Refunds will not be issued after shipment unless one of the above-listed exceptions applies.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your product is defective, damaged, or significantly not as described:

Non-Refundable Situations
